She comprehensively advises national and international companies on matters of unfair competition, consumer protection, data privacy, bureaucratic barriers, and food law, as well as on the design of litigation strategies.
She sponsors clients in all types of administrative proceedings related to her areas of expertise.
María Teresa is also assistant professor in Intellectual Property and Competition Law and Food Law in two master’s degree programs at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, as well as in Antitrust Law in the Pharmaceutical Market at a master’s degree program at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia.
